Los Molinos de la Carballa constitute a group of two water mills owned by local residents. They are located on the left bank of the Lañas River, in the Montes de Fao.
They have been completely rehabilitated and it is possible to appreciate their traditional distribution, which took advantage of the power of the river to grind cereals. They present all the pieces that an ancient mill consisted of, especially the foot and the cape.
The information panels help to better understand each element and its operation, which combines the use of natural resources such as water and agricultural products, a source of wealth generation for the region.
