Bridge a Bridge Route

Start: Ponte de Remesquide (42°50’20.7’N 8°20’30.6’W)

End: Ponte Ledesma

 

This is a route that runs along the bank of the River Ulla from Ponte Remesquide, in the municipality of Touro, to Ponteledesma (Boqueixón area municipality), on a stretch that belongs to the Natura 2000 network.

A low-difficulty route perfect for getting to know the natural environment as well as the Galician heritage along with both civil and religious architecture: bridges, mills, ‘pesqueiras’…

Points of interest: recreational areas of Remesquide, Souto and Ponteledesma; mouth of the Brandelos River in the Ulla, Pazo de Lobagueiras.
